| Security Trustee | Act as security trustee by holding mortgage, property and share security for the benefit of unit holders and secured parties, and facilitating enforcement processes in accordance with transaction documents in the event of default. |
| Trustee Compliance & Oversight | Provide trustee-related compliance oversight, including maintaining trust records, statements of holdings and transaction records, and retaining valuation information provided by asset holders and managers. |

| Trustee-Related Financial & Solvency Monitoring | Calculate and monitor net tangible assets (NTA) and solvency positions for managers of schemes in accordance with ASIC Regulatory Guide 166, where required. |
